RESOLUTION NO. 73R-310
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 2976 WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the State of California' has submitted to
the City of Anaheim, Cooperative Agreement No. 2976 in
connection with general repair wor~ prior to the proposed
relinquishment of Santa Ana Canyon Road, 07-0RA-9l 9.2/13.8,
upon the terms and conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be satisfac-
tory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Cooperative Agreement No. 2976 with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of APaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of July , 1973.
