RESOLUTION NO. 73R 308
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
EMPLOYMENT OF MAX INGLETT, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of
the City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a
Ventriloquist; and
WHEREAS, Max Inglett, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of Ventriloquist.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the
agreement for the temporary employment of Max Inglett accord-
ing to the terms and conditions contained in said agreement
submitted herewith, and hereby approved, dated the 9th day
of July, 1973. .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of July, 1973,
