RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 307
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF ~ LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.
(BARRE-VILLA PARK RIGHT OF WAY)
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company has
submitted to the City of Anaheim a Pole Line License Agreement
permitting the construction of a pole line for the purpose
of transmitting electric energy along the Barre-Villa Park
Right of Way in the vicinity of the Lewis Street Substation;
and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said Agree-
ment with Southern California Edison Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city'Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the Cit~ Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of Julv , 1973.
