RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 301
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE TWO AGREEMENTS FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF ROSS DAVIS, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of the City
of Anaheim is in need of the services of a Host and a Community
Band Director; and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of Host and Community Band Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute agreements for the
temporary employment of Ross Davis as Host and Community Band
Director according to the terms and conditions of those certain
Agreements submitted herewith and hereby approved dated the 2nd
day of July, 1973.
