RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 300
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT
RELATING TO ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL WORKS
BY THE ANAHEIM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 1st day of July, 1969,
the City of Anaheim entered into a contract with the Anaheim
Chamber of Commerce for certain advertising and promotional
work qn behalf of the City; and
o
WHEREAS, the parties desire to revise the terms of
said contract by amending paragraph 2 thereof, and the City
Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to
execute said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said amendment
to that certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and the
Anaheim Chamber of Commerce relating to advertising and promo-
tional work for the City of Anaheim. --
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of July , 1973.
