A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF Al'JAHEIH APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A GOLF CART MAINTENANCE
AGREE!1ENT WITH TAyLOR-DUNN MANUFACTURING
COMPANY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, CITY owns and operates Anaheim Hills Golf
Course; and
WHEREAS, CITY owns and operates golf carts used on said
golf course; and
~VHEREAS, said golf carts were manufactured by COMP&~Y;
and
vlliEREAS, it is necessary and desirable for CITY to main-
tain said golf carts including preventive maintenance; and
WHEREAS, COMPANY has submitted a proposal to CITY setting
forth a program of maintenance including preventive maintenance; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is satisfactory to CITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment for maintenance of golf carts with Taylor-Dunn Manufacturing
Company be and the same are hereby approved.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of July, 1973.
