RESOLUTION NO. 73R-121-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DI~CTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMEN~DEED AND PROVIDING
FOR PAYMENT THEREFOR (BROOKHURST AND ORANGE) .
WHEREAS, the Gity of Anaheim" has received an easement
deed for the ultimate right of way on Brookhurst Street at or
near the southeast corner of Brookhur$t Street and Orange Avenuei
and
WHEREAS, said easement deed was' tendered in considera-
tion of the City paying for the relocation of certain on-site
facilities; and
WHEREAS, the reasonable cost thereof has been deter-
mined to be $7,684.00; and
WHEREAS, it is in 'the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept said deed and to ,authorize said paYment.
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
that certain easement deed from Harry E. Homewood and Dorothy
Homewood as approved by The Texas Company.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized to draw a warrant of the City
of Anaheim in favor of The Texas Company in the amount of
$7,684.00 and that the same be forwarded to The Texas Company,
3922 Campus Drive, Newport Beach, California 92660, attention
of Art Reese.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
