RESOLUTION NO. 73R-_~_

A RESOLU'rION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIN AL'\JIENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-2ll,
RELATING TO RECLASSIFICATION NO. 72-73~40.
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of June, 1973, the City Council
did pass its Resolution No. 73R-2ll relating to zoning and
Rec~assification No. 72-73-40, in which it required the recorda-
tion of a Parcel Map prior to the reading of an Ordinance
reclassifying the property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to require the recordation of said Parcel
Map prior to final building and zoning inspections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-2ll be, and it is
hereby, amended by amending conditions 13 and 15 to read, respect-
ively, as follows:
"13. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning
subject property, Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above
mentioned shall be completed. The provisions or
rights granted by this resolution shall become null
and void by action of the City Council unless said
conditions are complied with within one year from
the date hereof or such further time as the City
Council may grant."
illS. That Conditions Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14,
above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building and zoning inspections. ,;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent herein
amended said Resolution No. 73R-2ll shall remain and be in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING P~SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of July, 1973.
