RESOLUTION NO. 73R-. 282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIr>1 APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEI~NT
EMPLOYING SUA INCORPORATED TO PERFORM A SPACE
PLANNING AND UTILIZATION STUDY FOR THE PRO-
POSED ANAHEIM CIVIC CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a space
planning and utilization study in the proposed Anaheim Civic
Center; and
WHEREAS, SUA Incorporated is qualified to render such
space planning and utilization services and desires to be
employed for such purposes, and
WHEREAS, SUA Incorporated has submitted a proposal
for B~e space planning and utilization study aforesaid, the
terms and conditions of said proposal, including fees, are satis-
factory to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Citv of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an aqreement
between~the City of Anaheim and SUA Incorporated to provide space
planning and utilization study in connection with the proposed
Anaheim Civic Center be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that B1e Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th clay of July , 1973.
