A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AS TO FORM THE STANDARD
AGREEMENT FOR COLLECTION OF SEWER CONNECTION
CHARGES FOR DISTRICT NO. 3 AS ESTABLISHED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 303.
WHEREAS, the Sanitation District No.3 of Orange County
has submitted a standard schedule of sewer connection charges to
the City; and
WHEREAS, said standard charges have been adopted by
law as Ordinance No. 303 of said District; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said District lies in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit of the City and
District that said charges be collected in a uniform and expedient
manner; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to approve said standard charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the standard agreement for collection of
sewer connection charges for District No. 3 as established by
Sanitation District Ordinance No. 303 be, and the same is hereby
approved as to form.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of July, 1973.
