RESOLUTION NO. 73R- ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM INFORMING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE,
ROAD DEPARTMENT, OF CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE
CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF ARTERIAL STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS ON THE GENERAL PLAN, AND REQUESTING
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO ADOPT SAID CHANGES
INTO THE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY MASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, certain changes or amendments have been made
during the year 1972-73 to the circulation element of Arterial
Streets and Highways on the General Plan, as more particularly
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, in order to participate in the Arterial High-
way Financing Program of the County of Orange, it is necessary
that the Advisory Committee of the Orange County Road Department
be advised of any changes in the Circulation Element of Arterial
Streets and Highways on the General Plan, and be requested to
adopt said changes into the County Arterial Highway Master Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the County of Orange be informed, and
it is hereby informed, that the following changes or amendments
have been made in the Circulation Element of Arterial Streets
and Highways on the General Plan of the City of Anaheim and the
County of Orange is hereby requested to adopt said changes into
the County Arterial Highway Master Plan and make them eligible
for inclusion in the Arterial Highway Financing Program. Said
changes or amendments to the Circulation Element of Arterial
Streets and Highways on the Master Plan are as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certi~ied copies of the
resolutions adopting said amendments to the General Plan be
forwarded to the County of Orange, Road Department.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
