RESOLUTION NO. 73R ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-13S
BY AMENDING CONDITIONS NOS. 17 and 18 THEREOF.
(RECLASS. 72-73-34)
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 10th day of April, 1973,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim did pass its Resolution
No. 73R-135 relating to zoning and imposing certain conditions
in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 requiring that a reversion
to acreage map be approved by the City Council and then record-
ed prior to the reading of an ordinance rezoning the property;
and
vffiEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to require such recording of the
reversion to acreage map prior to final building and zoning in-
spections rather than prior to the introduction of the ordinance
rezoning the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-135 be and the same
is hereby amended by amending Conditions Nos. 17 and 18 to read,
respectively, as follows:
1117. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance
rezoning subject property, Conditions Nos. 1, 2,
3, 4, 5 and 7, above mentioned, shall be comple-
ted. The provisions or rights granted by this
resolution shall become null and void by action
of the City Council unless the conditions are
completed within one year from the date hereof
or such further time as the City Council may
grant.
"18. That Conditions Nos. 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15 and 16, above mentioned shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning
inspections."
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tilat except to the
extent that said Conditions Nos. 17 and 18 are hereby amended,
Resolution No. 73R-135 shall be and remain in full force and
effect,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 3rd day of July, 1973.
