RESOLUTION NO. 73R-260

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-409.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7lR-409 declared that certain
property described therein should be excluded from Orange County
A-I, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT and City of Anaheim R-A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incorporated in the City of Anaheim
R-2-S000, ONE-F&~ILY ZONE, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the applicant therein and the City Council
desires to amend the conditions by adding thereto Condition No.
4, reading as follows:
114. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall
be developed as each parcel is ready to comply
with conditions pertaining to such parcel, pro-
vided, however, that the word Ilparceln shall mean
presently existing parcels of record and any par-
cel or parcels approved by the City Council for a
lot split.1I
AND m1EREAS, the City Council hereby declares its
intention to amend Resolution No. 7lR-409 as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-409 be, and the same
is hereby, amended by adding thereto Condition No.4, to read as
follows:
114. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall

vided, however, that the word "parcelil shall mean
presently existing parcels of record and any par-
cel or parcels approved by the City Council for a

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
by this resolution, Resolution No. 7lR-409 shall remain unchanged
and be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of July , 1973.
