RESOLUTION NO. 73R ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JACK OGBORN WITH
REFERENCE TO THE PAINTING OF STREET BANNERS.
~VHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Banner Painter having as his primary duty the
painting of street banners for the Anaheim Parks and Recrea-
tion Department; and
WHEREAS, Jack Ogborn has offered to perform said
services for the total sum of $400.00 upon the terms and
conditions, and for the period set forth in a form of agree-
ment this day submitted to the City Council to be made and
entered into, as of June 1, 1973, between the City and said
Jack Ogborn as Banner Painter, and that said agreement should
be approved.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
to the advantage of the City to secure the services of said
Jack Ogborn as Banner Painter, and that said agreement
should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into as of June 1,
1973 between the City of Anaheim and Jack Ogborn to render
services to the City of ,Anaheim as Banner Painter, for the
period June 1, 1973 through August 14, 1973 be, and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
