RESOLUTION NO. 73R-25l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 73R-135 BY AMENDING CONDITION NO. 3
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 10th day of April,
1973, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did pass its
Resolution No. 73R-135 relating to zoning and imposing
certain conditions in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Resolution
should be amended by amending Condition No. 3 thereof to
permit bonding for street lighting facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-135 be and
the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 3 thereof
to read as follows:
~3. That street lighting facilities along La Palma
Avenue, La Palma Circle and Hermosa Drive shall be
installed as required by the Director of Public
utilities and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the office of th~ Director
of Public Utilities, and that a bond in an amount
and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall
be posted with the City to guarantee the installa-
tion of the above-mentioned requirements. a
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the
extent that said Condition No. 3 is hereby amended, Resolution
No. 73R-13S shall be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of June, 1973,
