A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF PERMIT NO. 09673 WITH THE
ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
PERTAINING TO AN ELECTRICAL CROSSING
OF THE DISTRICT'S SANTA Al'1A RIVER
CHANNEL, AND AUTHORIZING THE UTILITIES
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID PERMIT.
WHEREAS, City desires to raise an existing
electrical aerial crossing by installation of an additional
wooden pole within District's Santa Ana River Channel
right-of-way easterly of Lakeview Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District
has submitted to City its Permit No. 09673 granting per-
mission for the installation of such additional wooden pole.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of
Permit No. 09673 between the Orange County Flood Control
District and the City of Anaheim be, and the same are, hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the utilities Director
of the City of Anaheim is hereby authorized to sign said permit
on behalf of the City of Anaheim. ~
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
