A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-204
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED. BIDS FOR WORK
ORDER NO. 669-B (TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT HASTER
STREET AND KATELLA AVENUE)
~mEREAS, it has been called to the attention of
the City Council that there have been certain delays in
the furnishing of d~tailed plans a~d specifications in
connection with the bidding on the modification, furnishing
and installation of traffic signals and safety lighting at
the intersection of Haster Street and Katella Avenue and
KatellaWay and. Katel'1aAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in
the best interests of the City to delay by one week the
opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-204 be and
the same is hereby amended to the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shal~ be
on the 28th day of June, 1973, at the
hour of 2;00 o'clock 'P.M. at the City-J
Council Chamber in the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim.
2. That the notice inviting bids shall be
published on June 7, 1973, June 14,
1973 and June 21, 1973.
3. That the award of contract will be made
on July 3, 1973.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 73R-204 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of June, 1973.
