RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 220

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACTING AS THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CONSENTING TO
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING AUTHORIZING THE ESTAB-
LISHING OF A DATE THEREFOR AND PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Anaheim by Resolution No. CRC 73- 6 consented to a
joint public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Redevelopment Project Alpha and has requested that the City
Council, acting as the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency,
consent to such joint public hearing and authorize the City Clerk
to establish a date therefor; and
WHEREAS, the consent of the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Anaheim and of the City Council, acting
as the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency, is required by
the California Community Redevelopment Law in order to conduct a
joint public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Redevelopment Project Alpha.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ti1e City Council of
the City of Anaheim, acting as the City Council and the Redevel-
opment Agency, that the City Council, acting as the City Council
and the Redevelopment Agency, consents to a joint public hearing
on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Project
Alpha and authorizes the City Clerk to establish a date therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City C~erk shall, in
cooperation with the Secretary Pro-Tem of the Comnmnity Redevel-
opment Commission, publish and mail a notice of public hearing
on the proposed Redevelopment Plan at the time, in the manner,
and with the other docmuents as required and established by law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
