A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH KAPNER, BOGENRIEF AND
WOLFBERG, INC. TO PREPARE AND INSTALL A WORK
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN THE UTILITIES DEPART-
MENT OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, Kapner, Bogenrief and wolfberg, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") is an independent
consultant skilled in developing cost and management controls
and standards of work measurement in public sector functions;
and . .
WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services of
the Contractor to prepare and supervise the installation of
such a system of work measurement, and cost control, for
rnanaging the Utilities Department of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has prepared a Work ,Manage-
ment Program Proposal for the utilities Department, whi:ch
proposal sets forth the obligations of the Contractor; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the ~~ty to
accept said proposal from the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
Agreement by and between Kapner, Bogenrief and Wolfberg, Inc.
and the City of Anaheim, providing for the preparation and
installation of a Work Management Program in the Utilities
Department be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said A,greement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 5th day of June, 1973.
