1973-210 RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 210 "- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM SETTING FEE SCHEDULES ON ZONING APPLICATIONS AND APPEALS. WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has established fee schedules by ordinance to defray the expense of postage, posting advertising and other costs of labor and materials necessary to process zoning applications and appeals; and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to establish fee schedules by resolution rather than by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council intends to repeal the sections of the Anaheim Municipal Code establishing fee schedules and desires to establish revised fees for zoning matters by resolu- tion, effective July 1, 1973. NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the following fee schedules be, and the same are hereby adopted for zoning applications and appeals, effective July 1, 1973: 1. Reclassifications: (a) A fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) plus One Dollar ($1.00) per acre shall be paid upon the filing of each application for a reclassification provided for in Chapter 18.72 of the Anaheim Municipal Code. (b) Where the zone change or reclassification requires the preparation and reading of more than one ordinance, a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be paid at the time of filing for such zone change or reclassification. 2. Subdivisions: (Tentative Maps) Upon the filing of a tentative map with the City for approval, applicant shall pay a fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00), plus One Dollar ($1.00) per lot to the City of Anaheim. 3. Conditional Use Permits: (a) A fee of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) shall be paid upon the filing of each applica- tion for a conditional use permit not involving a planned residential development, mobilehome or travel trailer park. ,- (b) A fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) plus Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per acre shall be paid upon the filing of each application for a conditional use per- mit for a planned residential development, mobilehome or travel trailer park. -1- 4. Variances: ,,~ (a) A fee of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) shall be paid upon the filing of an application for a variance involving signs, billboards, yards and minor modifications on a single lot or parcel of land. (b) A fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) plus Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per acre shall be paid upon the filing of each application for a variance involving land use, density and modifications for large residential developments and subdivisions (more than four units) . s. Appeals: A fee of one-half of the original zoning and land use fee shall be paid upon the filing of an appeal requesting the City Council to review the action taken by the City Planning Commission.
