A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT
PLAN NO. Ill, EXHIBIT "C".
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. III encompassing an area more particularly
hereinafter described, and at said hearing did receive
evidence and reports from persons interested therein and
from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days
following the hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission
did duly announce a formal resolution, its findings of
facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending
approval of Area Development Plan No. III Exhibit "C"; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said
public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested therein
an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and
reports, and did thereupon consider the summary of evidence
presented at said public hearing before the Planning Com-
mission, its report of findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Area Development Plan No. III Exhibit "c" should be
approved as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No, III
Exhibit "C", encompassing the following described area in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
A rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately one acre, being comprised of seven
contiguous lots, having a frontage of approximately
440 feet on the east side of State College Boulevard,
having a maximum depth of approxirnately 100 feet, and
being located approximately 225 feet north of the
centerline of South Street.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
