A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH1 APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEH1 OF THE TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
TUSTIN-MIRALOMA NO. 3 ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission author-
ized the City of Anaheim to annex said territory without notice
and hearing and without an election pursuant to-the authority
vested in said Commission by Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code; and
WHEP~AS, said territory proposed to be annexed to said
City of Anaheim is situated in the County of Orange, State of
California, and is contiguous to the City of Anaheim, and is
uninhabited territory. That said consent contained a description
of said territory in words and figures as hereinafter in this
resolution described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
authorized to approve said annexation by resolution without
notice and hearing pursuant to the approval of said Local Agency
Formation Commission and Section 54797.1 of the Government Code.
NOv] , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim finds:
That the City of Anaheim submitted proof satisfactory
to the Local Agency Formation Commission that all of the owners
of land within the territory proposed to be annexed have given
their signed consent to such annexation. That said territory
proposed to be annexed to said City of Anaheim is situated in
the County of Orange, State of California, and is contiguous
to the City of Anaheim, and is uninhabited territory. That said
consent signed by all of the owners of land within the territory
proposed to be annexed contained a description of said territory
in words and figures as hereinafter in this resolution described.
That the City of Anaheim filed said request to annex
said territory, containing the specific boundaries of the terri-
tory to be annexed, with the Local Agency Formation Commission
and said Local Agency Formation Commission approved said annexa-
tion request of the City of Anaheim pursuant to Section 54797.1
of the Government Code.
That on the 12th day of December , 1973 , the Local
Agency Formation Commission duly adopted Resolution NO:-73-l99 in
which said Commission authorized the City of Anaheim to annex said
territory in accordance with Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code and further approved such annexation of said territory with-
out notice or hearing.

That the Local Agency Formation Commission further
by resolution, authorized the City Council of the City of Anaheim
to annex said territory without notice or hearing by the City
Council and without the requirement that an election be held by
the City on the question of said annexation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annexation of the
territory included within the boundaries of the TUSTIN-MlRALOMA
NO. 3 ANNEXATION , more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

Those certain parcels of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lots
35 and 42 of the Hazard's Subdivision recorded in Book
1, page 26, R,ecord of Surveys, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Linda Vista
No. 1 Annexation to the City of Anaheim certified by
the Secretary of State July 23, 1969; thence N 4Q 00'
30" W, 117.75 feet leaving said Linda Vista No.1
Annexation boundary to an intersection with the north-
erly line of the land described in deed recorded
October 16, 1968 in Book 8754, page 124, Official
Records of said County; thence following along the
northerly line and the easterly line of the land
described in said deed N89Q 35' 27" E, 727.07 feet;
S OOQ 17' 00" E, 256.06 feet to an intersection with
the southerly line of Lot 35 of said Hazards Subdivi-
sion, said point of intersection being a point in the
northerly line of the Tustin-Miraloma Annexation to
the City of Anaheim certified by the Secretary of State
June 1, 1973; thence following along the northerly
annexation boundary line established by said Tustin-
Miraloma Annexation, the following courses and distances:
S 89Q 35' 27" W, 559.00, rnore or less; S 4Q 00' 30" E,
50.00 feet; S 89Q 35' 27" W, 150.00 feet to an inter-
section with the easterly annexation boundary line of
the aforementioned Linda Vista No. 1 Annexation, said
point of intersection also being the northwest corner
of the aforementioned Tustin-Miraloma Annexation;
thence N 40 00' 30" W, 188.82 feet leaving said Tustin-
Miraloma Annexation boundary and following along a por-
tion of the east line of said Linda Vista No. 1 Annexa-
tion boundary to the point of beginning.
is hereby approved and said territory is hereby annexed to and
incorporated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and is hereby designated as the TUSTIN-MlRALOMA NO.
3 ANNEXATION to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date of
the adoption of this resolution and the filing of a certified
copy thereof with the Secretary of State of the State of
California, the annexation of the territory herein described
shall be deemed to be and shall be complete and thenceforth
such annexed territory shall be, to all intents and purposes,
a part of the City of Anaheim, and from and after the effective
date of such annexation, all property therein shall be subject
to taxation equally with the property within the City of Anaheim
and shall be taxed to pay its proportionate share of the exist-
ing indebtedness and liability of said City of Anaheim contracted
prior to or existing at the time of such annexation pursuant to
the written consent of the owners of property in said annexed
territory filed with the Clerk of the City of Anaheim prior to
the adoption of this resolution.
