A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING ~HE MAYOR AND CI~Y CLERK
~O EXECUTE AN EASEMENT DEED IN FAVOR OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY (SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
CERRITOS AND LEWIS STREE~S).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Southern
California Edison Company are working together on a joint
modification of the substation located at the southwest
corner of Cerritos and Lewis Streets; and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith, it is necessary
that an easement deed be executed in favor of the Southern
California Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to execute said easement deed in favor of Southern
California Edison Company.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it authorize, and it does hereby
authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an easement
deed in favor of Southern California Edison Company within
City-owned substation property located at the southwest
corner of Cerritos and Lewis Streets, in the City 0; ~aheirn,
