A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A1TAHEIM AUTHORIZING ~~D DIRECTING THE [~YOR AND
CITY CLElli< TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN INTERIM REIM-
BURSEMENT AGREE~illNT RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF
DRAINAGE FACILITIES (Influential Homes Company)
WHEREAS, in connection with the development of
offsite drainage facilities installed as a condition of approval
by the City of Tract No. 6733, Butler Housing Corporation and
Crol Company, doing business as Influential Homes Company, did
install offsite drainage facilities costing in excess of the
established drainage fees for the area; and
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City and is in
the best interests of the City to enter into a reimb~rsement
agreement with the developer installing such offsite drainage
facilities; and
~VHEREAS, said Butler Housing Corporation and Crol
Company have submitted to the City an agreement entitled "Interim
Reimbursement Agreement II \"hich has been reviewed and approved by
the Office of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Interim
Reimbursement Agreement as submitted and approved by the City
Attorney.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
