A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE 11AYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES
& SALT LAKE RAILROAD COlvIPANY AND ITS LESSEE,
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD CO~WANY.
~mEREAS, the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company
and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, have submitted
to the City of Anaheim an easement covering certain real
property in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEP~AS, upon execution by the City, the same will
be fully executed by the Railroad Companies; and
vlliEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
execute and accept said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Hayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized to execute that certain easement
with the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its
Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, being designated C.L.D.
No. 18478,
