A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIiEIM CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER FROM
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO THE CITY OF FULLERTON
OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY
OF FULLERTON UPON CONSENT OF ALL THE PROPERTY
OWNERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the prov~s~ons of the Government
Code Sections 35300 et seq., the City of Anaheim may consent to
the transfer of certain territory contiguous to ~~e City of
Fullerton upon receipt of consent of all the property owners in
said terri tory; and ~ .. -
vmEP~AS, consent of all the property owners of the
affected territory hereinafter described has been received, and
\~IEREASr the City of Fullerton has requested the pro-
perty to be detached from the City of Anaheim and annexed to the
City of Fullerton; and
~lEP~AS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to consent to said transfer of territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby consent, based upon the
written approval of all the property owners, of the transfer of
the following described property:
That portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Miles Rancho in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per Map recorded in Book 4 at Page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps of said Orange County and the southeast quarter of
Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West S.B.M.,
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the north line of said southeast
quarter of Section 4, said point being distant thereon
North 890 33' 18 II 'ilest 330.00 feet from the northeast
corner of said southeast quarter of Section 4, said point
being also in the north line of said Lot 3, said point
being also an angle point in tiLe common boundary of the
City of Fullerton and the City of Anaheim as same existed
on December 1, 1969; thence along a line parallel with
and distant Westerly 330.00 feet, measured at right
angles, from the easterly line of said southeast quarter
and along said coro~on boundary of tile City of Fullerton
and the City of Anaheim South 00 26' 42" West 24.98 feet
to the north line of the Riverside Freeway (Route 175);
thence, leaving said common boundary of tile City of
Fullerton and the City of Anaheim along said north line of
the Riverside Freeway South 840 17' 1811 West 644.58 feet
to an angle point in said north line; thence, continuing
along said north line of the Riverside Freeway No~th 840
24' 5311 ''lest 381.02 feet; thence North 84052' 34'" West
669.34 feet to a point in aforesaid north line of the
southeast quarter of Section 4, said point being also
in the north line of said Lot 1 of Miles Rancho, said
point being distant thereon North 890 33' 18" West 528.00

feet from the northeast corner of said Lot 1, said
point being also in the common boundary of the City
of Fullerton and the City of Anaheim; thence, along
the north line of said southeast quarter and the .
north line of said Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the con~on
boundary of the City of Fullerton and the City of
Anaheim South 890 33' 18" East 1687 feet more or less
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized to transmit a certified copy of this
resolution to the City of Fullerton.
