A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR ARCHI-
TECTURAL SERVICES BETWEEN DONALD J. FEARS,
ARCHITECT A.I.A., AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City is in need of architectural services
for the design of a proposed branch library of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Donald J. Fears, Architect A.I.A., is quali-
fied to render such architectural services; and
vmEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and con-
ditions of employment of said architect for the design of a pro-
posed branch library has been submitted and is satisfactory to
the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement b~is day sub-
mitted between Donald J. Fears, Architect A.I.A. and the City of
Anaheim be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of December , 1973.
