RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 576
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING CERTAIN UNCLAIMED
PROPERTY IS NEEDED FOR PUBLIC USE AND TRANS~
FERRING THE SAME TO THE CITY PURCHASING
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Purchasing Department of the
City of Anaheim has determined that the unclaimed property
set forth on Exhibit !'A" on file in the Office of the City
Clerk and held by the Police Department of the City of
Anaheim, is needed for public use; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1.12.070(e)
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, such unclaimed property may
be transferred to the City Purchasing Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said un-
claimed property is needed for public use and that it is in
the best interests of the City to transfer the same to the
City purchasing Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the property listed on Exhibit
'IAn on file in the Office of the City Clerk be, and the same
is hereby, declared to be needed for public use and that the
same is hereby transferred to the City Purchasing Department
in accordance with the provisions of City of Anaheim Municipal
Code Section 1.12.070{e} and Section 2080.4 of the Civil Code
of the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of November, 1973.
