A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI!1 TEill.1INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO~ 73-74-19.
vlliEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 16th day of
October, 1973, the City Council did adopt Resolution No~ 73R-475
in Reclassification No. 73-74-19 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R-A, Agricultural Zone, to M-l, Light Industrial Zone, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said Resolution have not been comolied
with and applicant for said Reclassification has requested said
Reclassification to be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Reclassifi-
cation No. 73-74-19 for a zone change be, and the same are hereby
terminated, and that Resolution No. 73R-475 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
27th day of Nove~~er, 1973.
