A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHO~IZING AND DIRECTING Tfill
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE FREEWAY AG~EE-
MENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
(07-0ra-S 35.3/35.9)
WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of the
State College Boulevard overcrossing, 07-0ra-5 35.3/35.9,
between the Orange city limit near Bakery Street and 0.2 miles
northwest of Orangewood AVenue, the Department of Transporta-
tion of the State of California has submitted Freeway Agree-
ment covering the Route 5 Freeway 07-0ra-5 35.3/35.9; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be satisfac-
tory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Freeway Agreement with the State of California.
NOW ,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim, Freeway Agreement designated
07-0ra-5 35.3/35.9 between the Orange city limit near Bakery
Street and 0.2 mile northwest of Orangewood Avenue covering
the Route 5 Freeway.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
