RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 560
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREE~1ENT EMPLOYING F. T. ANDREWS
INC, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, TO PERFORM CERTAIN
ENGINEERING SERVICES AT THE CITY PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 222 EAST CHARTRES STREET, ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Ci~y of Anaheim is in need of engineering
services to design certain improvements at the City-owned building
at 222 East Chartres Street, Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, F. T. Andrews Inc., Consulting Engineers, has
submitted a proposal for the rendition of certain engineering
services under date of August 27, 1973, signed by I. Ray Cranston,
the terms and conditions of which proposal, including ~ees, are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has this day been submitted
to the City Council to be made and entere~ into between .the
parties providing for the employment of said F. T. Andrews Inc.
to perform said engineering services upon the terms and conditions
therein set forth and for a fee of $6,250.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are satisfactory and that said agree-
ment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci. ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day subm~tted to the
City Council to be made and entered into by and between the parties,
providing for the employment by the City of said F. T. Andrews Inc.
to perform said engineering services to design certain improvements
at the City-owned building at 222 East Chartres Street, Anaheim,
upon the terms and conditions therein set forth, and for a fee of
$6,250.00, be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of November , 1973.
