A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF Trill CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TEfu~S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AN AGREEIviENT FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING
LEASE LOCll..TED AT 125 EAST BALL ROAD, ANAHEIH,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of approxi-
mately 10,726 square feet of office space with certain parking
spaces in the City of Anaheim; and
WrlEP~AS, an agreaaent for the lease of certain office
building space in the amount of 10,726 square feet with 66 park-
ing spaces has been submitted to the various departments of
the City for approval; and
WHEP~AS, the terms and conditions of said office
building lease are satsifactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
office building lease on the premises known as 125 East Ball
Road for tile lease of 10,726 square feet with 66 parking spaces
be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and d.irected -to exe-
cute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of F~aheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of November, 1973.
