RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 550

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING A REQUEST FOR AN
ENCROACHMENT PERMIT (13-7E).
WHEREAS, Robert E. Burglin and Lois Jane Burglin
and Sam Itaya and Toshi Itaya, are the owners of property in
the City of Anaheim adjacent to a dedicated public alley; and
WHEREAS, Licensees wish to have a sign encroach into
the dedicated public alley at the east side of State College
Boulevarq, north, of Center Street; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division, the Street
Maintenance Section, the Traffic Engineer and the Development
Services Department of the City of Anaheim have expressed
their opinion that it would be detrimental and not in the best
interest of the City to permit said encroachment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the request of Licensees to
encroach into a dedicated public alley at the east side of
State College Boulevard, north of Center Street, be and the
same is hereby denied. \
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of November, 1973.
