A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GIDU~T
DEED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of &~aheim has
heretofore by Resolution No. 72R-325, as amended by Resolution
No. 72R-472, authorized the purchase and lease of certain lands
and buildings in the City of Anaheim, more particularly described
therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to agreements entered into as a
result of Resolution No. 72R-325 and 72R-472, the City is author-
ized to purchase certain additional property provided that notice
of intent to exercise said option to purchase is exercised prior
to a certain date; and
t~REAS, the City Council, by motion October 16, 1973,
authorized the Mayor of the City of Anaheim to exercise the option
to purchase the property known as Parcel 1 in said agreement
pursuant to the provisions of that certain agreement entered into
pursuant to Resolution No. 72R-325, as amended by Resolution. No.
72R-472; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the notice given by the Mayor
authorized supra, a corporation grant deed has been tendered to
the City of Anaheim for acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept
that certain corporation grant deed to the following described
property:
That certain real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Lots 14-15-16 of Resubdivisions of the northerly
part of Block "All of the Center Tract, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 3 Page 22 of Miscellaneous
Maps and records of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized to cause said corporation grant deed to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13thday of November, 1973.
