A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT NO
PROTESTS WERE MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AS ANAHEIM HILLS
NO. 6 ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, in connection with the annexation of uninha-
bited territory to the City of Anaheim, heretofore designated
by the City Council to be the Anaheim Hills No. 6 Annexation,
the City Council did fix the 13th day of November, 1973, at the
hour of 1:30 P.M. at the Council Chamber in the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim, as the day, hour and place where the City
Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of any
real property within the territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published by the
City Clerk in the manner required by law and said hearing was
held on said date; and
WHEREAS, no one appeared at said hearing to protest
said proposed annexation, and no written protests were filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it finds and declares, pursuant to
Section 35121.1 of the Government Code, and it does so find and
declare that no protests were made at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of November, 1973.
