RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN~1En1 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-49l,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING RATES OF COMPEN-
SATION FOR VARIOUS JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WlillREAS, on the 18th day of October, 1973, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.
73R-49l; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
various steps for the classifications of Administrative Aide,
City Manager, Personnel Aide and Staff Aide were incorrectly
statedi and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolu-
tion No. 73R-49l, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution No. 73R-49l, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~lat except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 73R-49l shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of
this Resolution shall be November 2, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of November , 1973.
