RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 535
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-490,
'N-UNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE "J" STEPS OF
VARIOUS JOB CLASSES.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of October, 1973, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.
73R-490; and
~I8REAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the "J" steps for the classifications of Assistant Recreation
Supervisor, Junior Electrical Engineer, Junior Systems Analyst
and Programmer Trainee were incorrectly stated; and
~iHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolu-
tion No. 73R-490, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution No. 73R-490, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent ~~ended
by this resolution, Resolution No. 73R-490 shall remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of
this Resolution shall be November 2, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of November , 1973.
