RESOLUTION NO. 73R-534
A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM N~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73~-488,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE i1JII STEPS OF
JUNIOR CLERK AND PLANNING AIDE.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of October, 1973, the City
Council of the City of AnaheLm did adopt Resolution No.
73R-488; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the lIJ" steps of Junior Clerk and Planning Aide were incorrectly
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution
No. 73R-488, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend,
Resolution No. 73R-488, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 73R-488 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of
this Resolution shall be November 2, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of November , 1973.
