A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'I'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF N~AHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF &~
AGREEMENT WITH YATES INVESTMENTS, INC. FOR
THE OPERATION OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCES-
SIO:N AT THE ANAHED1 HILLS HUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE.
WHERE2\S, an agreement has been submitted for the
operation of a food and beverage concession at the Anaheim
Hills l1unicipal Golf Course by Yates Investments, Inc., and
WHEREAS 1 said agreement contains the terms and con--
ditions for the operation of said concession, and
\~{EREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by the
City departments involved and found to be satisfactory in its
terms and conditions in all respects; and
v~{EREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
concession contract with Yates Investments, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of AnaheiII1 -t.hat the Hayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agr8e-'
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
