RESOLUTION NO. 73R-_~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEl.1ENT WITH VTN CONSOLIDATED INC., A
CORPORATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of engineer-
ing services to perform a traffic devices inventory system in
the City i anq
WHEREAS, VTN Consolidated Inc., a corporation, is
qualified to render such engineering services and desires to
be employed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satiSfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment employing VTN Consolidated Inc., a corporation, to perform
engineering services for a traffic devices inventory system in
the City of Anaheim be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of November , 1973.
