RESOLUTION NO. 73R- ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
~mYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH THELMA SLOBODIN. (12-SE)
WHEREAS, Thelma Slobodin, aka Thelma, Sloan, aka
ThelIt\a JPhnson, as heJ; sole and separate property, herein-
after referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in
the City of Anahei~ over which the City owns a public
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensee:wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for'the purpose of permitting parking, block
walls, footings and 10" diameter concrete columns in connec-
tion with construction of an office building; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to her; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not inter-
fere with the present use of the easement by the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a .
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Thelma
Slobodin, be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are authorized to execute said licen~e agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
