A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN NO. 112 EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 112, Exhibit "A," encompassing an area more
particularly hereinafter described, and at said hearing did
receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein,
and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days follow-
ing the hearing thereof, the City Planning Commission did duly
announce a formal resolution, its finding of facts and did
declare its opinion and reasons for recommending approval of
Area Development Plan No. 112, ExhibitllA".
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for a public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing, and did give all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports,
and thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at
said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its
report and findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Area Development Plan No. 112, Exhibit "All should be
approved as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 112,
Exhibit "A" concerning proper zoning and secondary access
solution to those properties generally described as bounded
by Lincoln Avenue on the south, Catalina Avenue and its west-
erly extension on the north, property fronting on Kathryn
Drive on the west, and by property fronting on Lindsay Street
on the east, be, and the same is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of November, 1973.
