RESOLUTION NO. 73R-503
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-9l0, PERSONNEL, RULE NO. 20-
MILITARY LEAVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
that Personnel Rule 20 - Military Leave, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
RULE 20.
MILITARY LEAVE
Section 20.0 City policy relating to military leave and
compensation therefor for employees in the classified service
and the City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, and City
Treasurer shall be in accordance with the provisions of the
Military and Veterans Code of the State of california.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
Resolution shall be October 5, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 18th
