RESOLUTION NO. 73R-493
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM PERTAINING TO THE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE OF THE TER~S AND CONDITIONS OF
EMPLOY~illNT OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim determines the terms
and conditions of employment by resolution; and
~mEREAS, the City of Anaheim may not apply said
terms and conditions on a retroactive basis; and
\~EREAS, the City Council wishes to make certain
terms and conditions effective upon a condition subsequent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution Nos. 73R-494, 73R-495,
73R-497, 73R-498, 73R-500 and 73R-50l be, and the same are
effective as of October 5, 1973, on condition that the major-
ity representative for each appropriate unit concur in writing
with the recommendations of the City Management representative
which were proposed prior to October 18, 1973, to the City
Council as they relate to the terms and conditions of
employment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such concurrence must
take place on or before November 1, 1973, after which time
this resolution is of no furtheF force and effect, and Resolu-
tion Nos. 73R-494, 73R-495, 73R-497, 73R-498, 73R-500, and
73R-SOl, as they apply to the classifications in an appropriate
unit who has not concurred with the City Management representa-
tive's recommendation, shall be treated as if they were never
adopted.
