RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 469
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR A WORK MAN1\GEMENT
PROGRAM IN THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT ENTERED
INTO ON THE 5TH DAY OF JUNE, 1973, BETWEEN
THE CITY AND KAPNER, BOGENRIEF AND WOLFBERG,
INC.
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into by and between
the City and Kapner, Bogenri~f and Wolfberg, Inc., wherein said
contractor agreed to prepare and install a work management pro-
gram in the utilities Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to expand the
Work Management Program to provide an additional twelve (12)
hours of training for the management team of the Utilities
Department at an additional cost Of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900);
and
WHEREAS, no other terms and conditions of the agreement
of June 5, 1973, shall be changed; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
amend said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the amendment to agreement by and
between the City of Anaheim and Kapner, Bogenrief and WOlfberg,
Inc., this day submitted be, and the same is her~by approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute such amendment to
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October, 1973.
