A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIH l\PPROVING THE TER!1S AND
CONDITIONS OF NI AGREEMENT 'NITtI BOOK
FUBLI SnH1G CO. FOR REORGA:n ZATION ATJD
&~PRINTING OF 200 COPIES OF A NEW
Im:nCIPAL CODE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
l^JHEREAS, the ordinances of the Ci tv of Anaheim

have heretofore been codified and published in a municipal
code; and
rlliEREAS, it is necessary to order more sets of said
Municipal Code; and
:~IEP~AS, Book Publishing Co. has offered to reorgan-
ize and reprint 200 copies of said Code; and
~ffiEP~AS, the offer of Book Publishing Co. is
satisfactory to City.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Book Publishing Co.
for reorganization and reprinting of 200 copies of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 9th day of October, 1973.
