W~SOLUTION NO. 73R- ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE
CITY OF ANAJrEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE ACCEPTANCE OF ArJ EASEHENT DEED
10m PROVIDING FOR PAYHE:NT THEREFOR
(BROOKHURST AND OPANGE).
vmEP~AS, the City of Anaheim has received an
easement deed for the ultimate right of way on Brookhurst
Street at or near the southeast corner of Brookhurst Street
and Orange Avenue, and
V;JHEHEAS, -said easement deed vias tendered in con-
sideration of the City paying for the relocation of certain
on-site facilities; and
~lliEREAS, the reasonable cost thereof has been
determined to be $14,122.00; and
In{EREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept said deed and to authorize said payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does herebv
accept, that certain easement deed from Harry E. Homewood
and Dorothy HOmel/lOOd as approved by The Texas Company.
N~D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized to draw a warrant
of the City of Anaheim in favor of Dorothy Homewood and
Leonard Construction Company, owner and contractor, in the
amount of $14;122.00 and that the smne be forvlarded to
Mrs. Dorothy Homewood, 3612 California Street, Long Beach,
California 90807.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of October, 1973.
