A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7128
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 134.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on the 15th day of August, 1961,
adopt Resolution No, 7128, granting Conditional Use Permit
No. 134 subject to certain findings, and conditions cover-
ing certain real property described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to include in
Resolution No. 7128 a finding that a travel agency is con-
sidered a reasonable and compatible use with a motel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7128 be, and the
same is hereby amended by including therein a finding that:
HThe travel agency is considered a reasonable
and compatible use with the motel. Ii
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No, 7128 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of October, 1973.
