RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 455

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 73R-390, NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING
THE NAME OF THE LICENSEE IN ENCROACHMENT
PERMIT NO. 73-4E.
~VHEREAS, on the 11th day of September, 1973, the
City Council of the City of Anaheim did pass its Resolution
No. 73R-390 authorizing the execution of Encroachment
Permit No. 73-4E with Dunfey Family Corporation; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City
Council that Open Road Industries have purchased the subject
parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to correct said
Resolution No. 73R-390, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper
owner of subject parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend
Resolution No. 73R-390, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the name
of the licensee to read as follows:
Open Road Industries, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 73R-390 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of October, 1973.
