RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT TO EMPLOY IDA PACHO AS A DATA
PROCESSING CLERK AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires the services of
a qualified temporary Data Processing Clerk for a period of two
weeks until a permanent appointment of a replacement is made; and
WHEREAS, Ida pacho is qualified to provide the special-
ized services required; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted to
the City Council authorizing the employment of Ida Pacho as a
Data Processing Clerk on a temporary basis in accordance with
California Government Code Section 21153; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are satisfactory and that it would be
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
agreement with Ida pacho.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and 'signed by me
this 2nd day of October , 1973.
